Ram Systems Consulting
About us

Ram Systems was formed in early 2010 and is based in Brisbane, Australia.

Neale Sutton and John Miller, in partnership, founded Ram Systems.

Both founders of Ram Systems believe there is a strong demand, both nationally and internationally, for providers of quality engineering services in the field of asset management.  Major project investment in the next decade will require due diligence from corporates to prove to investors that their capital has been invested effectively, and that returns are maximised. Increasingly, the focus is on the whole-of-life investment in production assets, rather than simply on up-front investment.

Outsourcing the due dilligence study has several advantages:

  • Work can be confined to certain project stages (eg. Front End Engineering), without the need for ongoing employment costs and support staff

  • Work can be scheduled as needed, and need not be continuous

  • An external service provider is not influenced by internal company politics

  • Flexible work arrangements with consulting companies provide cost savings to the business, effectively reducing the amount of unproductive "at work" time a company pays for.

  • Companies can tap into experience and techniques outside of their usual industry sectors - for example a mining company can leverage off business practices usually only conducted within oil and gas.
